Pneumococcal vaccine – Prevnar 20 – is now being funded by the provincial government for people over age 65 or with chronic disease. Patients who have had prior older pneumococcal vaccine are eligible to receive the Prevnar 20 updated version. Please book an appointment if you would like to discuss this with your doctor.
