We require 24 hours cancellation notice for all appointments. If you do not cancel your appointment you will be billed a cancellation fee of $40 for regular appointments or $80 for check-ups, physical exams or longer appointments. After three ‘no shows’ we reserve the right not to schedule another appointment.
