Dr. Cadenhead completed her medical degree at the University of British Columbia and her family practice residency in Alberta . Dr. Cadenhead is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Family Practice at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver.
Returning from working in Northern Alberta as an Emergency Room Physician, Dr. Cadenhead established a full service family practice in Vancouver, as well as working at the BC Cancer Clinic and teaching medical students and residents.
Her special interests are nutrition, obstetrics and dermatology.
Prior to her medical degree Dr. Cadenhead obtained a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition so remained involved with the doctors of BC Nutrition Committee.
Dr. Cadenhead continues to provide pre-natal care, but no longer does deliveries after 35 years being active in the case room.
Dr. Cadenhead remains active outside of her practice staying fit and keeping up with her three grown children.
